PAYMENTS
We gladly accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) as well as money orders and cashier's checks. If you wish to pay by money order or cashier's check please notify us by e-mail at DenizandMatt@denizshoes.com before making your purchase. We will not accept personal checks for any reason. Sales tax will be applied to items shipped to Nebraska (7.000%).
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped after your payment has cleared in our bank account. Items paid by money order will take more time to process. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. Please allow 4 - 10 business days from the time your payment clears to receive your item. Packages will be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping (overnight or UPS) is available upon request for an additional fee. We combine shipping on multiple items. Shipping costs only apply to shipments within the 48 lower United States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico as well as all international customers will be notified by an e-mail invoice as to what their exact shipping costs are. Insurance may also be purchased for an additional fee.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
We only accept returns if you feel the item was grossly misrepresented. We try our best to be exact with our descriptions and measurements. We will gladly accept exchanges or credits; however, we request that you contact us within 5 days after receiving the item(s). Addtionally, the item has to be in stock. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
